Revision Policy
Revisions are provided according to the package you choose. Customers can request unlimited free revisions at no extra cost, as long as the original design concept remains unchanged. Each revision has a turnaround time of 48 hours.
Refund Policy / Money-Back Guarantee
Once the initial design concepts are approved or any change is requested, deposited funds are no longer eligible for a refund, unless Web Crafter USA cancels or terminates your contract for reasons other than your breach or non-performance.
Refund requests are processed as follows:
Before Initial Design Delivery: Full refund (minus 10% service and processing fee).
Within 48 Hours of Initial Delivery: 66% refund (minus 10% service and processing fee).
Between 48–120 Hours of Initial Delivery: 33% refund (minus 10% service and processing fee).
After 120 Hours: Refunds are not available. However, you’re encouraged to contact us for support; we aim for 100% client satisfaction.
Refunds are not available if:
- No action is taken on an order for 30 days. (A reactivation fee may apply.)
- Final files have been delivered.
- A website project has been completed or deployed live.
- A video animation project has reached the storyboard stage.
- All refund requests must be submitted to our Support Department, where each case is reviewed individually.
For custom or bundled packages, the refund policy applies to each service individually. For example, if you order both logo and website design services and approve the logo, only the website portion may qualify for a refund, subject to conditions.
A valid refund reason must align with your design brief and feedback. Refunds will not be issued if the delivered design matches the agreed brief; in such cases, we’ll continue revisions until you’re satisfied.
Our Money-Back Guarantee applies only to orders placed in good faith. Clients working with multiple agencies for the same project to seek multiple refunds are not eligible. If any design is found to resemble another unintentionally, we offer a free redraw. However, Web Crafter USA will not be responsible for coincidental similarities or claims of compensation.

We’ll first attempt to resolve your issue under our revision policy. If not resolved, our refund department will send you a confirmation email.
Once a refund is processed, all design rights are transferred to Web Crafter USA, and you may no longer use any part of the refunded design.
My Account
Your My Account area is the primary channel for communication with our design team. It’s your responsibility to check it regularly for updates, queries, or instructions.
Failure to do so will not be considered a valid reason for a refund. If you need help using the portal, our support team is always available to assist.
